McGale Publishing offers professional book publishing services under its own publishing brand. The work we do is totally client-based. The authors retain full ownership of their original manuscripts and final published books unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are responsible for providing thorough, lawful and clean content that does not violate any copyrights, trademarks or applicable laws.
3. Revisions, Refunds, and Cancellations
Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are final once work has started. If you request cancellation before work begins, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. Revision requests must be made within the revision period defined in your service agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
McGale Publishing is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including book sales, rankings, or media coverage.
